Aluminum: Our anodized aluminum nameplates will provide the utmost in durability. Ideal for harsh environments including weather and abrasion. Superior look with the highest image resolution. Rigid or flexible. Higher in unit cost but will outlast non-metal labels tenfold. Black and silver recommended for best results. Can apply appropriate adhesive and fabricate to meet specs.
Non-Aluminum: Our flexible labels and decals can be produced in full color. Lower in cost than aluminum. Variety of overlaminates available. Very durable but not as indestructible as aluminum. Choose from vinyls, polyesters, and polycarbonates. High image resolution with consistent quality.

That depends. When we produce the art and film in-house, we insure the highest quality imaging and less material waste. In cases of highly dimensioned drawings, labels with an extensive amount of text or labels with changing text, supplying artwork can be very const effective.

Then don’t wait another minute and contact us immediately! Our normal lead-time is two to three weeks for your first order and two weeks for repeat orders. This may vary slightly depending on complexity of part, availability of materials and workload. We understand that in some cases where we need to “rush” an order – we will do our utmost to meet those requests.
Most of our metal plates produce black and silver since no inks are used to produce the abrasion resistant image. We can reverse out or halftone portions of your image to make sections stand out within your design. Black with a metallic colored background such as gold, blue, yellow, etc. is an option as recommended for indoor use. If full color is required for a short run, we will use another manufacturing method to produce.
Full color, including 4 color process, is available on our non-aluminum materials. Just specify your PMS or specific color requirements. We do not guarantee exact color matches.
Serial Numbers: If serial numbers, model numbers, contract numbers, etc. are known in advance, we can include that information on the labels. We can also produce the plates generic with spaces for you to stamp, laser, write, or engrave them yourself.
Barcodes: Code 39 is the one dimensional barcode we produce most often. Two dimensional barcodes, such as Data Matrix or PDF417, are also in demand. Barcodes scan exceptionally well on our anodized aluminum. Can also be included on non-metal materials. Avoid highly reflective materials for labels with barcodes. We recommend a matte finish.
Other Variable Information: If there are multiple fields that will vary, if every label is unique, or QR codes are needed, please provide the details in the comment filed of our quote form. Include what information you can supply in electronic form such as a spreadsheet.
